Dear Supplier,

In order to present your products or services to Deicmar, you are expected to register your company in our Data Base, using the form Supplier’s Official Register. Afterwards, you may send the form and the requested documents to the Post Office Box 261 - CEP 11010-970 - Santos - SP.

We clarify that neither the form nor the documents granted contract obligations, not even promise of acquisition by the behalf of Deicmar, regarding products or services offered by your company.

Furthermore, the register of your company may be rejected in case the requested documents and information are unfinished or received by other means but the one established herewith.
